		<description>Hey Chuck! Well, you aren&#039;t the first I&#039;ve heard that&#039;s done the move to monthly only to go back to weekly. I think that shows great wisdom and adaptability on your part... one, to make the switch and then to read the cues and recognize that the switch didn&#039;t resonate well with your audience. It&#039;s all about context and what you&#039;re using to replace the weekly connection. For us, that&#039;s where we lean into texting, facebook, twitter, etc... but that&#039;s what works for our crowd. Glad to hear you tried it out and how it&#039;s built some good dialogue with your communications team and leadership. GREAT WORK!!</description>
